Mexican Chili Powder is a superb addition to your stewing meat, at the time of searing. Toss in a little more than you think then transfer meat to a slow cooker or braiser with some drained, canned tomatoes, drained kidney beans, a bay leaf, chopped onions and 1/2 bottle beer. Slow cook for 3-4 hours and thicken with tomato paste.

Ingredients: Chili peppers, paprika, salt, spices (contains cayenne), dehydrated red bell pepper, sugar, garlic.
